What to expect

• Brewing questions: tell us your brewer, grinder, dose and what the coffee tastes like. We usually reply within three business days.
• Corrections: if something in a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us which page. We fix confirmed errors and note the update date.
• Brands and PR: we don't accept paid placements or free products in exchange for coverage. You're welcome to tell us about a product, but that doesn't guarantee a mention.
